Instituti Shqiptar i SME-ve, SME Albania, është duke marrë pjesë në Forumin e Praktikave të Mira 2018
Enterprises are as a result of entrepreneurs’ ambitions to create something new: this ambition is transformed into an idea and then eventually, the idea turns into a product and service. 99% of Albanian registered enterprises are SMEs and they deliver more than 80% of net job growth and engage more than 2/3 of the private sector work-force. In the case of Albania, also similar to other the EU pre-accession countries, SMEs have underperformed their expectation due to a combination of problems which ranges from investment climate, law enforcement, corporate governance, business-enabling infrastructure and last but not least Entrepreneurial and Business Management skills. These bottlenecks hamper the ability of Albanian SME to properly compete with European SMEs and consequently survive the EU market competition once they will be full members of the EU.
