SME Academy

SME Albania (the Albanian Institute of SMEs), has undertaken the initiative of organizing the Summer Academy of SMEs every year during July.

The SME Summer Academy is a 6-day-blended programme to give SMEs, the necessary theoretical base and practical grip they need to react to the rapid changes that our society is facing.

Many enterprises face increased competition, tougher regulations or are branching out to embrace new market segments.

The SME Summer Academy 2017 seeks to equip participants with technical know-how in three main areas:

• Process execution (Standards- Quality, Health and safety, Supply chain management, Innovation in firms)
• Business literacy (Cash flow management, Sales forecast, Intellectual property rights. Access to Finance, Human resource management)
• Communication (Marketing, Branding, online marketing, Customer relations, networking, Social media management, Leadership and communication BMC, Intercultural competence)
